Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities

As an Executive in the DEC Team, you will play a pivotal role in software implementation, application support, and web application development. You will act as a bridge between client requirements and technical execution, ensuring that the final product aligns perfectly with business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Software Implementation: Work on the deployment, configuration, and support of client-facing systems and applications.
• Requirement Translation: Understand complex client business requirements and translate them into actionable product configurations, workflows, and technical implementation solutions.
• Full-Stack Development: Develop, customize, and support application features using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Web Technologies: Work with modern web frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI to build and support responsive web applications.
• API Integration: Integrate external and internal systems using REST APIs and manage seamless data flow across RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Support: Assist in deploying, configuring, and supporting applications on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve implementation and production issues promptly to minimize client impact and maintain high system availability.
• Client Onboarding: Support client onboarding, training, and system integrations in a client-facing technical capacity.
• Security Compliance: Follow industry-standard security and data protection best practices while handling application data and configurations.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Deloitte is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and technically sound candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other closely related engineering discipline.
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of experience in software implementation, application support, or web application development. Freshers with strong internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Academic Performance: A strong academic record with no active backlogs is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients.

Required Technical & Soft Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a blend of core computer science fundamentals and modern web development skills:

• Programming Languages: Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Database Management: Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with RDBMS (like PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).
• Core CS Fundamentals: Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Web Frameworks (Preferred): Hands-on exposure to React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI is a major plus.
• Cloud & DevOps: Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems like Git.
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or PyTest is highly desirable.
• Agile Methodology: Comfort working in fast-paced Agile environments, collaborating with product managers and QA engineers.
