As a Learning Admin Support Associate I, you will work closely with the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team. Your primary focus will be providing front-line learning administration support to handle corporate training schedules and logistics for the UK and European business units. You will help ensure that employee training events run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Daily Tasks Include:

  • LMS Data Management: Adding, setting up, and updating training classes within the Deloitte Learning Management System (LMS) in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generating, processing, and distributing scheduled training reports to business stakeholders and HR managers.
  • Delegate List Management: Preparing and sending official participant lists for upcoming learning sessions and workshops.
