Detailed Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Backend/Infrastructure Engineer at Glean, you will focus on building high-performance, secure, permissions-aware systems. The primary goal is to ensure enterprise knowledge is quickly and reliably available to users across various work applications. You will tackle real-world distributed system challenges, design modern storage solutions, and maintain cloud-native service architecture.

  • Take full ownership of critical infrastructure projects from initial concept and design docs to production rollout.
