Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities
As an Intern - Salesforce Developer at SurveySparrow, you will not just be writing code; you will be an integral part of the engineering team responsible for building and enhancing SurveySparrow's official Salesforce AppExchange application. This is a highly technical role that bridges the gap between Salesforce customization and modern web technologies like Node.js.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- AppExchange Development: Contribute actively to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SurveySparrow's Salesforce AppExchange application.
- Custom Customization: Build scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- API Integrations: Develop and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Node.js and REST APIs.
- Declarative Configuration: Configure custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, and complex Salesforce Flows to meet business requirements.
- Package Management: Assist the senior engineering team in managed package development, testing, and deployment cycles.
- Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and Node.js applications to ensure maximum performance and security.
- Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit tests to maintain high code coverage and ensure the delivery of maintainable, high-quality code.

Eligibility Criteria

- Eligible Degrees: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering disciplines.
