Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
As an R&D Product Development Engineer I, you will step into core engineering assignments right from your first day. You will be responsible for creating, refining, and testing individual products or specific sub-assemblies for ongoing projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Concept Design & Prototyping: Actively take part in developing initial design concepts, creating 3D models, building physical prototypes, and evaluating functional performance against engineering benchmarks.
- Specification & Technical Documentation: Determine, review, and accurately document product specifications, tolerance analyses, bill of materials (BOM), and engineering change notices (ECN).
