Role Profile & Key Responsibilities
Travclan is building an AI-first Operations team where artificial intelligence is used as the default method for running operations, fixing operational friction, and building workflows. As an AI Ops Associate, you will be expected to find operational challenges and solve them using smart AI-backed solutions.
What You Will Do Daily:
- Solve Operational Bottlenecks: Identify repetitive or slow manual tasks and convert them into efficient, automated workflows using AI technology.
- Develop Systems & Trackers: Build AI-driven dashboards, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), trackers, and smart workflows to boost productivity.
- Data & Process Analysis: Continuously monitor operational metrics, analyze performance data, and implement practical solutions for operational excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with business leaders and operations teams to execute projects smoothly from concept to completion.
- Standardize Scale: Document processes clearly so that the operations framework can scale across teams without friction.
