Role Summary & What You Will Do

As an SAP BTP Developer, you will be right at the heart of modernizing ERP architectures for global clients. Organizations worldwide are shifting away from rigid core customizations to clean core architectures using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will be designing, developing, and extending business applications in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP running SAP Cloud Foundry and Kyma runtime).

Key Responsibilities

• Build full-stack enterprise extension applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model with Node.js or Java.
• Implement modern ABAP RESTful Application Programming (RAP) models on SAP BTP ABAP Environment and S/4HANA systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain robust integration flows with SAP Integration Suite (formerly CPI) to connect cloud and on-premise systems smoothly.
• Create responsive, clean, and intuitive user experiences using SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
• Model and optimize database artifacts on SAP HANA Cloud using Core Data Services (CDS) views and calculation views.
• Configure authentication, authorization, and role collections using SAP BTP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning (IPS).
• Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and client product owners to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
• Write clean, unit-tested, and well-documented code adhering to clean core architecture and agile development practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or any relevant engineering / MCA degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of solid experience in SAP technical development with a clear focus on SAP BTP and modern cloud frameworks.
• Academic Track Record: Consistent academic record without active backlogs at the time of joining.
• Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills to interact seamlessly with overseas clients and distributed team members.
