Detailed Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Associate, your day-to-day work will involve managing complex project implementations that require high-quality client service. Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing:

  • KYC Onboarding & Remediation: You will handle full reviews and risk assessments for new and existing clients, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Client Screening: You will run background checks and screen entities and related parties using advanced tools to identify any potential risks.
  • Alert Disposition: When screening tools generate alerts, you will analyze the data, investigate the details, and decide on the correct disposition of the alerts.
  • Document Analysis: You will review complex corporate agreements like LLC agreements, Private Placement Memorandums, and Limited Partnership agreements to extract relevant ownership and structure details.
  • Public Domain Research: You will use public registries and official government websites to find and verify corporate information globally.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas where the onboarding process can be made faster or more accurate, helping the team implement smart technology solutions.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills

  • Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree. A background in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Law is highly beneficial.
