Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer Associate at the TCP_01 level, you will work on engineering support, testing, validation, and design solutions that bridge physical hardware with intelligent networking software. You will be actively collaborating with experienced senior engineers, cross-functional testing teams, and external hardware development partners.
- Engineering Design Contributions: You will design portions of engineering solutions by applying core engineering principles across products, sub-systems, hardware, and embedded software based on strict project requirements.
