As a Software Engineer on this team, you will be working directly on architecting and developing a ground-up cloud-native SaaS solution dedicated to Order Management and micro-fulfillment. Modern order management platforms require ultra-fast processing, zero downtime, high fault tolerance, and event-driven architectures to process millions of customer orders every single day.

The global engineering group currently consists of over 60 team members spread across the US, UK, and India, and is scaling up quickly. You will collaborate closely with principal architects, senior engineers, and product managers to translate functional requirements into clean, scalable code.

Key Responsibilities for the Role

• Design & Architecture: Help drive architectural discussions to keep services clean, simple, robust, and highly scalable on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on Code Development: Write high-quality, efficient enterprise Java code using Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservice design patterns.
• Event-Driven Processing: Work with real-time streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka and Spark to handle complex multi-tenant data workflows.
