Detailed Job Responsibilities
As a GenAI Trainee, you will be part of a highly specialized team that builds innovative AI solutions. Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing day-to-day:
1. Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, preprocessing, and validating both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Support the design, development, training, and evaluation of machine learning and deep learning models.
- Perform feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model optimization to boost overall system efficiency.
- Conduct model validation, unit testing, benchmarking, and maintain technical documentation.
- Help deploy and monitor AI/ML models across testing and production environments.
2. Generative AI & LLM Development
- Assist in building intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI frameworks.
- Perform prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and comprehensive response evaluation.
- Participate in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations, model fine-tuning, and domain-specific customization.
- Develop and test smart conversational agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated content generation workflows.
- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, safety, and adherence to Responsible AI principles.
3. Computer Vision Engineering
- Assist in developing image and video analytics solutions using modern computer vision techniques.
- Work on object detection, image classification, semantic segmentation, tracking, and optical character recognition (OCR).
- Handle image and video datasets for annotation, labeling, and data augmentation.
- Use popular vision frameworks like OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and YOLO.
- Help optimize vision models for real-time edge devices and cloud deployment.
4. Data Analytics, Integration & Research
- Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and build clean dashboards to showcase key insights.
- Integrate AI models into existing web, mobile, and enterprise applications using REST APIs and microservices.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications
- Degree Required: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech / B.E) or Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics & Communication, or allied streams.
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers graduating in recent batches with strong project portfolios are welcome to apply).
- Academic Track Record: Consistent academic record throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation/Post-Graduation with no active backlogs.
Key Skills & Tools Required
