Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Technical Graduate Trainee in the networking team, you will be responsible for keeping the digital infrastructure of clients running smoothly. You will not be thrown into the deep end immediately; instead, you will undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program to understand the systems and processes. After your training, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Network Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring high availability of network services.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing connectivity issues, resolving network-related tickets, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Device Configuration: Assisting in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other essential network hardware.
