Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities
As an Applications and Systems Engineer 1, you will be the bridge between technical solutions and customer requirements. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to understand what they need and propose the best technical solutions. This is a dynamic role that combines core engineering knowledge with customer-facing communication.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with internal and external customers to understand their technical requirements and propose the best possible resolution for application-based projects.
- Ensuring the on-time submission of high-quality technical offers and proposals in coordination with Business Development Managers (BDMs), internal and external sales teams, legal teams, PMO, and the factory.
- Providing pre-sales and technical support to all customers, business partners, and distributors.
- Attending pre- and post-order technical meetings with sales, PMO, product management, and business development teams to clarify technical details.
- Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database updated regularly with accurate project details.
- Reviewing project requirements accurately and seeking necessary clarifications and approvals from respective collaborators before submitting final offers to customers.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's Delegation of Authority (DOA) process during offer submissions.
